Please be advised, this is canceling your utility tradeline that is reported monthly to the commercial credit bureaus. See the screenshot below and follow the prompts in red.

First, select the settings icon at the bottom left corner. Then go to “Login & Security” in the Settings page menu. You will see the option in the center to “Cancel My Plan”.
