Cookie, pixel, SDK, local-storage, analytics, advertising, heatmap, and session-replay data. Session-replay tools may capture clicks, scrolling, and form interactions; we configure them to avoid capturing sensitive fields where supported.
We may derive inferences, such as likely interests, risk signals, service preferences, or eligibility indicators, from the information above. We may combine information collected from different sources.
Some information we handle may be considered sensitive under law, including Social Security numbers, account credentials, precise financial information, government identifiers, and consumer-report data. We use and disclose sensitive personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide requested Services, verify identity, prevent fraud, secure accounts, comply with law, or for other purposes permitted by applicable law. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for unrelated advertising.

A buyer, investor, lender, adviser, or successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality measures.
Other parties at your direction, with your consent, or as otherwise described when information is collected.
We may disclose deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We contractually require recipients not to reidentify deidentified information where required by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures to advertising or analytics partners through cookies and similar technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, or “targeted advertising” under certain state laws.
Depending on your state, you may opt out of those practices by using the cookie or privacy choices available on our website, enabling a legally recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) in your browser, or contacting us. We process recognized signals as required by applicable law. Your choice may be specific to the browser or device you use. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 18.
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, prevent fraud, understand use, and support advertising. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, but some Services may not function properly.
We use Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to understand interactions through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, improve the Services, prevent fraud, and support marketing. Microsoft processes information under its own privacy statement. Where required, non-essential technologies are used only after consent.
We obtain consumer reports only with a permissible purpose under the FCRA, such as your written instructions, and use them for the purposes described in the applicable authorization. Consumer-report information is subject to legal restrictions that may limit certain access, deletion, or portability rights.
If you connect a financial account, Plaid or another connection provider may collect login and financial information directly and provide us with account, balance, identity, and transaction information according to your instructions. The provider’s privacy policy also applies.
If FairFigure is a “financial institution” for a particular relationship under the GLBA, the GLBA and implementing rules may govern nonpublic personal information in that relationship. State consumer-privacy laws commonly exempt that information or regulate it differently.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, maintain accounts, satisfy your choices, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, reporting, and recordkeeping obligations.
Retention periods vary by information type, sensitivity, relationship, account status, transaction history, legal requirements, and operational need. When information is no longer needed, we delete or deidentify it, subject to backup cycles and lawful exceptions. We do not retain personal information indefinitely merely because storage is available.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, incident response, vendor oversight, and workforce practices. No system is completely secure. Use a strong unique password, protect your devices, and promptly report suspected compromise to support@fairfigure.com.
Account information. Review or update certain account information in your dashboard or contact us.
Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link. We may still send non-marketing service and legal messages.
Text messages. Reply STOP or contact us. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.
Connected accounts. Disconnect through available settings or contact us. Disconnecting does not necessarily delete information already received.
Cookies and targeted advertising. Use our website privacy controls, browser settings, or a recognized opt-out preference signal.
Depending on where you live and subject to exceptions, you may have the right to:
confirm whether we process your personal information and access or obtain a portable copy;
correct inaccurate personal information;
delete personal information;
opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects;
limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information or withdraw consent where consent is the required basis;
receive information about categories or specific third parties to which personal information was disclosed, where required; and
appeal a denial of a request and receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination.
To submit a request or appeal, email support@fairfigure.com, call +1 (866) 593-6690, or use any privacy-request method available on our website. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the state where you reside. We will verify your request using information reasonably related to your account and the sensitivity of the request. Do not send a Social Security number, full payment-card number, or password by email.
You may use an authorized agent where state law permits. We may require proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny an appeal, we will explain the decision and, where required, provide information about contacting your state attorney general.
Rights do not apply to all information. We may deny or limit a request when an exemption applies, including for GLBA-regulated information, FCRA-regulated information, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, free speech, or legal claims.
